ASoc and its team provide the platform and its products on an "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of our products, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the product or service that gave rise to the claim during the twelve months before the event occurred.

When you purchase a product from ASoc, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it for your own projects or those of your clients. You may customise, deploy, and adapt the files to suit your needs.

You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or repackage our products as your own templates, nor make them available on competing marketplaces. One license covers a single end product unless an extended or team license has been purchased.

All intellectual property in the ASoc platform, source files, branding, and documentation remains owned by ASoc. Your license grants a right to use, not ownership of the underlying code or designs.

You are responsible for how you deploy and configure our products, including ensuring that any content, data, or third-party services you add comply with applicable laws. ASoc is not responsible for the way you operate your own projects built with our products.

We want you to be confident in your purchase, so eligible products are covered by a 14-day money-back guarantee. Full details, including the conditions and how to request a refund, are described in our dedicated Refund Policy.

Because our products are delivered digitally, refunds are reviewed case by case in line with that policy. Downloading or using a product does not automatically disqualify a refund, but abuse of the guarantee may.

We take care to ensure our products work as described and are free from significant defects at the time of purchase. If you find that a product does not function as advertised, contact us and we will work to fix it or provide a suitable remedy.

Beyond this, ASoc products are provided without any further warranty of fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of third-party integrations or services that our products may connect to.

You may close your ASoc account at any time from your dashboard. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, attempt to abuse our products or services, or use the platform in a way that harms ASoc or other users.

Where reasonable, we will give notice before suspending an account and an opportunity to resolve the issue. Serious breaches, such as redistributing licensed files, may result in immediate termination without refund.

Your use of ASoc is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the rights you have over your data. By accepting these terms you acknowledge the practices described there.
